Promotion:
Promotion will allow Pro users to promote their products/services/Ideas/Innovations.
Every promotion is targeted to a set of audience by selecting Segments, Engagement level, Location, Function and Designation. Each promotion can be scheduled for a future date or can be promoted immediately. By default, a promotion lasts for 90 days or till it is served to all the audience. Based on Pro Plan selected, promoter gets a X number of promotions/month. If the number of promotions is not sufficient, the user can opt for a higher plan. A special feature of Promotion is A/B testing. When the user has multiple ideas and wants to try out any two of them, the platform provides the facility of A/B testing. Here user can decide to use same Content and target to different audiences or keep audience same and send 2 different contents to 5% of total audience. Based on the outcome, the user can decide whether to go with A or B.
Promotion Analytics:
A complete 360 degree view of how promotion fared. It has sections like Direct Results, Comparison, Audience, Insights, Leads, Recommendations and Advanced Recommendations. Based on Pro plan, user will be able to see respective Sections. Refer: Feature Plan matrix
Direct Results:
Promoter can view results, in terms of how many impressions are served, Views, Clicks, CTR (Impressions/Click), Reactions, Comments, Share, Reposts and Connections are done by audience for the promotion.
Comparison:
Facility for promoter to compare two or more promotions in terms of impressions, Views, Clicks, CTR (Impressions/Click), Reactions, Comments, Share, Reposts and Connections. Also Promoter can compare the outcome of these parameters with other promoters in the same segment.
Audience:
This section will allow promoter to understand, for a given promotion, Segment Reach, Location Reach, Designation Reach, Function Reach and Engagement Level of Audience.
Insights:
Based on various Insights, Promoter can take informed decisions like Best time to promote, what formats to be used, what segments to be targeted, trending keywords, Experts reach and impact of videos for their next promotion.
