What is a Group and How to use it?
Group is a set of users, who come to a common room to discuss specific or various services/products/ideas/innovations. A user initiates it by creating a group. This user is treated as group administrator. Administrators can invite users on the platform to join the group. Each user gets invite notification accordingly. On click of it, user is added to group and can start communication. Another way of joining the group is a user searches for a specific group and sends a request to join the group. Administrator reviews all requests and decides whether to accept or decline the request.
Benefits: Group allows user to explore ideas from all possible related domains for a given product/service/idea/innovation. This brainstorming exercise helps to add value and understand pros and cons of product/service/idea/innovation.
