Feedback:
Feedback gives the user an opportunity to mention qualities and areas of improvements for other users. Also, it gives user to review ratings, which they have received. A way to communicate to improve/appreciate products/services.
Rating:
Rate a User:
There are 2 ways to Rate a user:
- On Profile Page, there is “Rate” button as shown here, On Click of it, platform will allow user to share Ratings and Feedback for the given profile.
2. Another way is to request a user to give Ratings and Feedback through Chat Module. After selecting user on left side, Click on right side menu and select Request Rating.
A popup will be shown for Feedback with Request for Rating …….
When other user goes to chat will see the request received
