Close your ideazmeet account


Closing your account means permanently deleting your profile and removing access to all your ideazmeet information from our site. If you have a Premium account, you can cancel the Premium access, but still keep your free Basic account to retain your profile, connections, and other information.


To close your ideazmeet account from the Edit Profile page:

1. Click the profile icon first on your Left panel.

2. Select Edit Profile from the Menu.

3. In Edit Profile page at the bottom, user will see Delete Account option, click on it to Close account.  It will show Confirmation pop-up.

4. On Click of Delete, your account will be inactive for 60 days and Account will be deleted thereafter.

You can reopen your account , if it's been closed less than 60 days, by simply re-login with your credentials.


Did you sign up using 3rd party credentials (such as Google or Apple)? 


If you signed up for ideazmeet using login credentials from a third party email provider (such as Gmail or Apple), please be sure to unlink that email account from ideazmeet via the third party’s site. To learn how, visit their help centers such as the Google Help Center or Apple Support.


For iOS / Android / Mobile browser Steps to close your account:


  • Tap the Profile icon on the top right corner.

  • Tap the Edit Profile button in the menu.

  • Tap Delete account at the bottom of Edit profile screen 
  • Tap Delete to proceed with closing your account and its Done.
